Follow-up Appointments
Follow-up appointments are a quick but essential part of the lice removal process — and required for our 30-Day Guarantee. We’ll come back and comb through hair wet, to make sure you are good to go.

We will retreat free of cost if lice returns within 30 days - no questions asked.
Guarantee Qualifications

All members of all households (including nannies), must be checked and treated by us if needed.

A full lice removal and necessary follow-ups must be completed

Hair must remain in a bun or braid around friends, sports, school, camps etc. for the entirety of the guarantee.

A 3.75% ESSL Health & Wellness Fee is applied to all transactions. In addition, a 20% gratuity is added to every bill, which goes directly to our staff in appreciation for their skill and service.​
